Estimated Payments: As a courtesy, we are happy to bill your insurance company for you. We ask for your estimated share (for services not fully covered by your plan) on the day of service. If this amount is less than the actual amount due, we'll bill you for the remainder, or refund any overpayment when we receive the insurance payment.

Payment Plans: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. Interest-free or extended payment plans are also available through CareCredit.
