Dr. Jim Flerchinger has been serving the community of Sandy since 1978.  Patients know Jim as a kind man and an excellent dentist, who will go out of his way to care for their dental needs.  After working in a group practice in both Sandy and Welches, Jim opened his own solo practice in Sandy to better serve his patients in 1991, establishing Chinook Falls Dental.  Not only do patients love Jim, the staff love and enjoy working with Jim. He loves his work, his staff, and his patients.  Jim is a graduate of Washington State University and Creighton University School of Dentistry. He is a Master In the Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow in the American Orthodontic Society, and an Associate Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, along with membership in the American Dental Association. He volunteers with  and serves on the Board of Medical Teams International.

While the residents love and trust Jim as their dentist, the staff loves working with Jim and they are very loyal to him.  Edie and Tammy started out their dental assisting careers 28 years ago with Jim not because of their dental knowledge, but because they have awesome personalities. They are the most friendly and considerate people you come to know.  Patients love them, and we love them.  Their dental knowledge helps the team take care of patients in all aspects of dentistry.  

 

Libby, our wonderful hygienist has been with Jim for almost 20 years.  Beside being an awesome hygienist, Libby is the most caring person you encounter.  Our patients know that and they keep coming back year after year.

Heather has been a hygienist for 12 years, who is very sweet, kind and gentle.  Our patients love seeing her.  We are blessed to be providing quality health care with such wonderful group of awesome people.  

 

Lorena and Loni also started their assisting careers with Jim in their teens. They are both awesome moms and great people to be around.  Over the years, they have learned and mastered numerous tasks in the office. They take great care of patients.  Patients and staff love working with them.   

 

Ariana joined the Chinook family for seven years through a referral from our trusted staff.  She is extremely helpful and has such a great attitude.  She knows everything from the front to the back.  Patients and staff love working with her.

Laura is very kind and thoughtful, and she seems to know everyone in Sandy.  We are blessed to have her on our team.

When you come to the office, you will be greeted with a smile from Tabitha.  She is very caring and knowledgable.  She takes great care of the patients and the staff.

Cindy is our newest addition to the team.  She worked over 15 years at the Bank in Boring.  We are lucky to have her join us to provide excellent customer service for our patients.

Dr. Tin Le  joined Chinook family in 2017 after he separated from the US Army, where he was trained in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry.  After completing the training program, Tin was put in charge of a dental clinic at White Sand Missile Range, New Mexico.  Since his training, Tin has done many implants, reconstruction, digital smile design, gum therapy, extraction and other oral surgery for his patients.  Tin is blessed to have Jim be his awesome mentor and friend.  Tin is also certified to use level 4 laser for the treatment of peri implantitis, photoacoustic cleansing of the root canal system, regeneration and regrow bone around periodontal diseased teeth, collagen biostimulation to reduce wrinkles, rejuvenation and plumbing of the lips.  Tin continues to take advanced continuing education in dentistry and he is less than 100 hours from getting a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry.  He is also an Associate Fellow with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
